John Davies Book Prize

John Davies joined the Department of Economics in 1981 and retired in Januay 2011.  In addition to his respected teaching and research contributions, he served as Department Head for eleven of his thirty years.  In remembrance of the many ways Dr. Davies served the Department, the John Davies Book Prize recognizes the graduating students, who in addition to their academic achievements, have also made outstanding contributions to the life of the Department.
