General Information Relating to the Economics BSC Programs
Credit can be obtained for only one of MATH 1213/MATH 1223, MATH 2213/MATH 2223, MATH 2233/MATH 2243, and ECON 2613/ECON 2623. ECON 2613 cannot be offered for credit by Math/Stats majors.
ECON 1013/1023 is prerequisite to all 2000-level and higher economics courses except ECON 2613.
Of the total 120 hours required for the program, 78 hours must be taken within the Faculty of Pure and Applied Science. This requirement should be heeded when choosing electives.

GPA/Graduation Requirements:
A program GPA of 2.0 is normally required in order to change a major.
A program GPA of 3.0 is required to declare Honours.
A program GPA of 2.0 is required in order to be eligible to graduate (3.0 for Honours).
A program GPA of 2.0 is equivalent to an average grade of C (63%-66%).
