2009 Alumni Association Faculty Award Winner!
Each year the Associated Alumni of Acadia University solicits nominations from the university community for three awards that recognize the valuable contributions of Acadia's faculty in teaching, research, and service to the community. Award recipients, selected by the Associated Alumni Awards Committee and faculty representatives, receive a framed certificate and a professional development stipend. In May 2009, Dr. Brian Van Blarcom '83, Department of Economics at Acadia University, was awarded the AAAU Faculty Award for Community Engagement.
